Individual Therapy
Tailored treatment plans to address the impact of trauma or other emotional and life challenges.
The cost per session is $205. An additional $15 fee applies to initial consultations for new clients, this is due to extra administrative time and assessment required.
Sessions are 50–55 minutes. Clients who are eligible can receive a $101.55 Medicare rebate per session. Long consultations of 80-85 minutes are also available and may be more suitable for trauma processing work.​​

Assessment & Diagnosis
Structured assessment tools to support better understanding and treatment planning. Assistance with the diagnostic process of neurodivergence in adults.
Consultation & Report Writing
Consultation services available within the areas of First Nations social and emotional wellbeing (see research publications), trauma, addiction and family welfare.
Group Therapy
Group therapy services utilising a DBT skills based program or EMDR.
